JACK FONTAINE
Jack is a principal and senior consultant for The Fontaine Group. He assists leaders in creating the clarity, organizational alignment and workforce involvement and commitment necessary for their success. Jack's expertise consists of coaching and consultation, designing and facilitating key business meetings, conflict resolution, and leadership training. Over the past 21 years, Jack has coached, consulted and trained in a wide variety of manufacturing, utility, hospital, high tech and non-profit organizations. He has occupied executive, managerial and supervisory positions. He has a Master's Degree in Human Behavior from Tulane University and has completed Ph.D. coursework (all but dissertation) in Organization Development /Adult Learning at the University of Texas at Austin. When not working for TFG, Jack enjoys gardening, bicycling, and outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest. ANNE FONTAINE Anne is a principal owner and business manager with The Fontaine Group. Anne's role is to work with current and potential clients to assess their needs, develop a plan of action, and to follow up on the results. Anne works with the TFG consultants to best match resources with client needs. In addition, she manages the day to day operations including the finances. As a consultant, she works with clients on strategic management, organization assessment, market assessment, and work culture surveys. Anne has over 25 years of experience in marketing and management, both within organizations and as an external consultant. She has worked in healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, and non-profit organizations. She holds a Master's Degree in Management from Tulane University. When not working for TFG, Anne devotes her time to board work for non-profits, singing with the Shades of Praise Gospel Choir, and cheering on the Mariners and Sonics. JEAN BAUMANN Jean is a Senior Consultant with The Fontaine Group and has proven success in aligning and energizing an organizations resources to accelerate performance. Through building mutual respect and understanding throughout all levels of the organization, she fosters a work environment where individuals and teams effectively achieve their mission and goals. Jean has expertise in executive coaching, leadership and supervisory development, strategic envisioning and planning, communications, conflict resolution, team development and meeting facilitation. Jean brings over 18 years of experience to her consulting, coaching, facilitation and training with organizations. Jean holds Masters Degrees in Business Administration from Creighton University and in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle. She is certified as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming for advanced communications and coaching. Client organizations include telecommunications, information technology, healthcare, education, public services, and energy industries. Mercer Island, Washington is Jeans home where she enjoys walking with her dog Ginger, hiking and biking mountain trails, and ballroom dancing. KATHY FLEMING Kathy is a Senior Consultant whose specialty is organizational development, human interaction and communication, successfully leveraging the resources inherent in groups to analyze needs and solve business problems. She is exceptionally skilled at leadership coaching at all levels, co-developing strategies where individuals can move beyond obstacles, reconnecting with their strengths to create personal and professional achievement. The core of Kathys work recently has been on training teams, focusing on communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as coaching organizations through the major changes involved in mergers. Kathy brings over eight years of experience as a corporate coach, consultant and trainer following a career as a marketing manager for AT&T. She holds two Masters Degrees, Humanities/English and Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute in Seattle. She is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, an advanced communication approach to coaching, training and consulting and is also certified in Myers Briggs. She has partnered with major corporate clients and consulted in varied areas of business including high tech, utilities, medical, public agencies, manufacturing and transportation. In her free time Kathy enjoys reading, hiking and biking with her husband, Bob and dog, Jazz. |
